The Woollamia boat ramp facility provides a base for recreational fishing, marine and boating activities, vessel launching and is a key access point to the waters of Jervis Bay.
A major precinct upgrade funded by the NSW Government occurred in 2021, and Council is now reviewing the use of the area to ensure the best outcomes for the community.
Following a resolution of Council (CL26.40) on 24 March 2026, we are now consulting with the community to refine operating procedures for this precinct, including the hardstand areas in the precinct and the concrete loading wharf. This is the first step in engaging with users of the Woollamia boat ramp to understand how the precinct is currently used and how it could be used in the future. Your feedback will be used to develop new operating procedures.
