Examples of Vegetation Vandalism

• Vandalism site estimate to include 30 – 40 individual trees comprising saplings and mature trees. • 200m2 area of banksia trees most likely chain-sawed down on Saturday evening 18 August 2018 according to people walking the path regularly. • Site located on foredune adjacent to property no’s 102 and 104 Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia. • Site is within CBDVA Plan planting site, with plantings scheduled to occur the following weekend (Sat 25 Aug 2018). • At the time of vandalism, the targeted trees included both previously dead and living species. • Tree vandalism sign immediately in front of site.
