Shoalhaven City Council is inviting the community at Badagarang to provide feedback on concept designs for a new local park. It hasn't got a name yet, so we're calling it 'Runway Street Park' for now.

This park will be located at 109 Taylors Lane (off Runway Street) and will include a fenced dog off-leash area, open ball kick area, picnic shelter, accessible seating, pathways, and landscaping.

The park will host a large stand of existing trees, which will provide shade and landscape amenity for park visitors to enjoy from day 1.

The concept plans for 'Runway Street Park' can be viewed HERE.

Why are we engaging with you now? To...:

    • Provide information about the planned delivery timelines for the new park
    • Seek feedback on the proposed inclusion and operation of a fenced dog off-leash exercise area
    • Invite place name suggestions for the new park (we've chosen 'Runway Street Park' as our working title until a preferred name is confirmed)

    Provide your feedback HERE.

    Submissions close 22 December 2025.
