Community Consultation Coming Soon

Work is progressing on our long-term land use planning for Milton, Ulladulla, and surrounds.

On 12 September 2022, Council endorsed the public exhibition of a Preliminary Growth Scenario identifying potential sites and opportunities to accommodate future residential growth in the Milton-Ulladulla area. You can access the report presented to Council at its Ordinary Meeting on 12 September 2022 on the Agendas and Minutes web page.

Council staff are preparing the exhibition material and arranging community consultation activities. The exhibition material includes the Growth Scenario (maps) and a set of fact sheets providing background information. Consultation activities will include drop-in information sessions in Milton and Ulladulla and an online presentation about the project.

The anticipated start of the community consultation is Monday, 17 October 2022.
