Next stage of the Far North Collector Road Project Commences

With Stage 1 of the Far North Collector Road complete, the detailed civil design has progressed and a scope for early works for the next stage of the project is being finalised.

This detailed design is expected to be completed in June 2021 with early works expected to commence in the same month.

The Federal Government confirmed 100 percent funding for the project in the Federal Budget 2021/22.

The project is currently expected to be completed in 2023/24.
