510 Beach Road, Berry - Planning Proposal

Consultation has concluded. The exhibition period was from 17 July to 16 August 2019.

Council publicly exhibited a planning proposal to rezone Lot 4 DP 834254 (No. 510 Beach Road) Berry, to a mix of environmental protection and large lot residential zones.

Council also exhibited:

  • Draft Chapter N28 (new chapter) in Shoalhaven Development Control Plan (DCP) 2014
  • A draft Planning Agreement for the dedication of part of the land as an extension to Seven Mile Beach National Park along with Lot 7 DP 6123 and Lot 1 DP 571614 (both of which are under the same ownership as the subject land).
