Shoalhaven Regional Gallery Strategic Plan
Shoalhaven Regional Gallery is developing a new strategic plan to guide our activities for the next 3 years. We are seeking community input into the plan from people who are already engaged with the gallery and those who haven’t visited.
The 3 year strategic plan looks at our core activity of exhibitions, programs and collections as well as opportunities for growth through outreach, partnerships and our longer-term physical building.
Our Mission
To: ‘Be a leading arts and cultural destination that reflects Shoalhaven’s increasingly diverse community through exhibitions that centre global issues in a local context and deliver a dynamic and engaging public program’.
Proposed Goals
Our strategic plan will have goals that respond to the following three focus areas:
- Collections and Exhibitions
- Education and Programs
- Community Engagement.
We are asking our community to help us with this plan by completing a short Online Survey to help us understand what we’re doing right, what we could do better and what we should start doing to ensure as many people as possible enjoy the Gallery and what we do.
