Hyams Beach Playground Update

To ensure the new playground facility meets the current and future community needs of Hyams Beach, we asked the community how you currently use the reserve and what kind of playground equipment you would like to see as part of the playground replacement.

This consultation has now closed and thank you for your input.

A Design and construct tender was advertised and A_Space Australia has been awarded the project. Refer to plans in the Photo Library on this web page.

The playground equipment is currently being manufactured and includes:

• Swing set with toddler seat and nest swing
• Multi-play unit incorporating climbing elements, platforms and slides
• Rockers
• Spinner
• Seesaw
• Multi-play panels.

Construction works will commence on site in February 2023.
