Project Update

The project is currently moving through the Development Application approval process. There have been several Requests For Information (RFIs) from council. The responses are being coordinated with Structural, Civil and landscape inputs.

Council permitted Terroir to enter its Resource Recovery Learning Centre design into the 2023 World Architecture Festival held in Singapore late last year and took out top accolades as winner of the category Education (future). Additionally, Realm Studios, the subcontracted landscape architect for this project, intends to submit the project in this year’s Australian Institute of Architecture awards under the category of Landscape Strategy.
