Inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) endorsed

Council will begin implementing the actions and commitments set out in the inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan March 2025 – September 2026 (RAP).

The RAP was endorsed by Council at the Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday 25 March 2025. It has also been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, the lead body for reconciliation in Australia.

The purpose of the RAP is to strengthen relationships, demonstrate respect and provide opportunities for Council to work more collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The RAP Yarning Group and RAP Working Group, which provided invaluable insight and feedback during the development of the RAP, will continue to assist Council in implementing the plan.
