Survey - Property Sales Program
As part of Council’s financial sustainability improvement program, investigations are underway to determine if the sale of some Council-owned properties will proceed.
We would like to hear from the community about the properties identified below that are under consideration.
There are six categories we are asking for your feedback on:
- Operational Land identified for immediate sale
- Operational Land pending further investigation
- Land identified for master planning
- Road Closures
- Operational Land identified for sale pending rezoning
- Land identified for sale pending rezoning and/or reclassification.
You don't need to comment on each category, only those that are of interest to you.
The location associated with each property or road are detailed in the Property Sales Program Map.
