Nowra Precinct Renewal Strategy
Council, Homes NSW, and Southern Cross Housing are looking at better ways to realign the Government housing portfolio in the Shoalhaven.
The information collected will help guide any future potential redevelopment of housing (social, affordable and private), supporting infrastructure and public space within the area. There are no immediate plans to redevelop the existing housing in Nowra, however it is important that the community have the opportunity to provide feedback to inform future renewal.
The strategy will aim to better address the evolving needs of existing residents while increasing the number of social, affordable, and diverse dwellings.
