Model Code of Meeting Practice

Shoalhaven City Council is revising the Code of Meeting Practice to adopt the provisions of the Model Code of Meeting Practice prescribed by the Office of Local Government with additional local provisions.

The Code of Meeting Practice sets out the standards of meetings of the Council and its Committees.

Council is required to adopt a Code of Meeting Practice reflecting the Model Code by 14 June 2019.
