Project Update - October 2021

Thank you to the many community members who participated in the recent community consultation on the Kioloa/Bawley Point Recreation Hub/Skatepark Proposal. The time our community took to fill in the survey and provide feedback has been very much appreciated and will assist Council in determining the way forward.

Council staff are currently assessing and evaluating the consultation results. The results will be included in a report to Council, for the consideration of Councillors at a meeting of Council.

Due to the Local Government election on Saturday 4 December 2021, Council will commence a "caretaker" period from 5 November 2021. There will be no Council meetings during this time. Therefore, the report will be delivered to the new Council early next year.

A further update with the date of the Council meeting will be provided once the 2022 meeting schedule has been established.
