Two Figs Bank Stabilisation Project

The Two Figs Bank Stabilisation Project is due to commence on Monday 26 August, 2024.

A Review of Environmental Factors (REF) has been approved by Shoalhaven City Council (SCC) as both the proponent and determining authority. The intent of the REF is to ensure SCC compliance with exercising an appropriate level of environmental due diligence under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act), including Division 5.1 and the requirements of section 171(2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 (EP&A Regulation). These factors have been addressed in the REF and the project has been found to have an overall neutral impact on the environment. The REF and REF Addendum can be found in the document library.

The duration of works will be approximately 8-12 weeks.
