Update on stage sequencing at Boongaree

Council endorsed a report on the sequencing of future stages at Boongaree at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 11 December 2023 (MIN23.750). Next steps will include renegotiating with the grant funding body to secure approval for Stage 5 (Junior Sports Fields) while indefinitely deferring Stage 7 (Senior Sports Fields) until additional funding becomes available.

Upon completion of successful renegotiations, Stage 5 will proceed to tender, marking the commencement of the delivery phase.
