Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2019/20

Consultation has concluded and the Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget for 2019/20 has now been adopted. Thank you to all who provided feedback. View the adopted Plans on Council's website.

Shoalhaven City Council is seeking feedback on the Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2019/20 which includes Council's Resourcing Strategy and Fees and Charges for the next financial year.

The draft Plan outlines the community’s aspirations and long-term vision for the City. It is prepared by Council in collaboration with and on behalf of residents, businesses, all levels of government and local agencies, to help build and maintain a vibrant and sustainable future for the local community.


Integrated Strategic Planning Framework - Providing Transparency and Accountability

Each year Council is required to prepare updates to the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework including the Delivery Program, Operational Plan, Resourcing Strategy and Fees and Charges, in accordance with legislative requirements. This is to ensure Council clearly shows how it is planning and delivering for our community and budgeting within appropriate standards.


Structure of the Plan

For easier reading, the draft Plan has been broken down into the following parts:

Hard copies of the Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2019/20 in printed format are available for viewing at Council's Nowra City Administration Centre (36 Bridge Road, Nowra) and Ulladulla Service Centre (14 Deering Street, Ulladulla). Copies will also be available for viewing at the Council Info Nights.


Council Info Nights

Come along to one of Council's four Council Info Nights to find out more about the Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2019/20 as well as a range of other Council projects, programs and initiatives. Hard copies of the draft Plan will be available in printed format for viewing at the Info Nights.

Council staff will be on hand to provide information and answer questions. Tea and coffee will be available as well as a family-friendly kids corner.

Drop-in for a cuppa and a chat between 6pm and 8pm on the following days:
